Michele Smith

Michele Smith, Ed.D. is currently the Enterprise Director Workforce Development Strategy at Advocate Health. She has held various roles in academic administration and workforce development at institutions such as American National University, Joliet Junior College, Colorado Technical University, Kishwaukee College, and Apollo Education Group. Michele holds a Doctor of Education degree from Aurora University, a Masters of Arts in Organizational Leadership, Adult Education and Training from Lewis University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources from Lewis University.
