Rebecca Susa

Rebecca Susa is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in rehabilitation services, currently serving as the Executive Director at Advocate Health since 2008. In this role, Rebecca leads strategic initiatives aimed at practice standardization and improving patient care, while mentoring leaders on recruitment and retention. Prior to this position, Rebecca held the title of Director of Rehabilitation Services, overseeing outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation programs, contributing to hospital accreditation processes, and implementing revenue cycle management strategies. Rebecca began early career as a Physical Therapist, actively involved in departmental growth and program development. Rebecca holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Temple University and a Master of Physical Therapy from Marquette University.
