Dr. Darwin Hale has a diverse work experience in various industries. Dr. Darwin founded Advocate Health Advisors in 2005, a company that focuses on advising and supporting independent insurance agents. Dr. Darwin served as the CEO and Founder and successfully expanded the company's reach to serve more than 100,000 clients and 4,000 agents across the United States.
Prior to that, Dr. Hale had a long and successful career in the US Army, serving as a Colonel (Retired) from 1982 to 2014.

Dr. Darwin served as the General Manager & Healthcare Director, responsible for managing a $100 million revenue stream and leading a cross-functional team. Dr. Darwin also served as the Director of Healthcare, where they created the AT&T Healthcare Vertical Strategy and worked with Fortune 100 customers to design comprehensive technology solutions.
Dr. Hale also had roles at IBM, where they worked as a Marketing & Offer Manager and a Sales and Marketing Skills Planner. Dr. Darwin developed marketing strategies and worked on the integration of IBM's Global Network. Dr. Darwin also worked on developing a Telehealth go-to-market strategy.
Additionally, Dr. Hale founded Affordable Cellular Rental, a corporation that rented wireless phones to tourists and corporate guests in Florida. Dr. Darwin successfully launched the program at Busch Gardens, Tampa.
Dr. Darwin began their career at McCaw Cellular, where they worked as a Senior Account Executive. Dr. Darwin exceeded sales goals and played a key role in the sale and roll-out of digital technology.

Dr. Darwin Hale has a Doctor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida, which was completed in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Florida in 1997. Dr. Darwin also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International/Global Studies from the University of South Florida. Before attending university, Dr. Hale received an Associate of Arts (AA) degree from Marion Military Institute.
