Jennifer Thelen is an experienced nursing professional specializing in palliative and hospice care. Currently serving as an Inpatient Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner at Advocate Aurora Health since June 2021, Jennifer has previously held roles as a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner at HCR ManorCare and Clinical Manager at Advocate Health Care, where receipt of the MVP for Stewardship award occurred in July 2016.
