Megan Allen

Megan Allen is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Head of Operations at Advocate since August 2025. Prior to this role, Megan was the Director of Operations at Hackney Migrant Centre from August 2023 to August 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing over £500k in grant funding, enhancing CRM systems, and implementing HR processes to improve operational efficiency. Earlier experience as Business Manager at Ingeus involved leading a UK government employment initiative that supported over 1,800 jobseekers, managing a large team in the process. Previous roles as Store Manager at Vans and H&M further developed expertise in retail management. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Policy and Sociology from The University of Sheffield.
