Axel M. Thorsdal

Axel M. Thorsdal is a seasoned professional with extensive leadership experience in various sectors, currently serving as a Partner at Advokatfirmaet Grette AS since January 2024. Since November 2021, Axel has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Tschudi Logistics Group and is the Chairman of AMTR AS, a private holding and consulting company, as well as the Chairman and Co-Founder of DRYCUT, a Swiss retail startup. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Project Development at FREYR Battery, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at EuroChem, and CEO for Kvaerner in Russia. Axel has also held significant positions at Cognizant and Aker Solutions, focusing on commercial and legal aspects, compliance, and corporate governance. Axel's educational background includes a degree in law from the University of Oslo and advanced management training from INSEAD and the University of Cambridge, enhancing expertise in business sustainability and governance.
