Sigve Braaten

Sigve Braaten currently serves as a Partner at Advokatfirmaet Hjort with a focus on transactions, reorganizations, tax law, and disputes related to property development and commercial real estate, as well as start-up and growth companies. Previously, Braaten held positions as a Senior Lawyer at Thommessen and as a Deputy Judge in various District Courts. Sigve also worked at the Norwegian Ministry of Finance in the Tax Law Department. Braaten completed their education at the University of Oslo. Sigve has been recognized in Legal 500 EMEA 2022 for their excellent work in real estate.
