Erling also serves as the Manager for Bjarne Melgaard, Chief Legal Officer at Payoro, Chairman of the Board at Eimi Eiendom, and Co-founder of Spillexpo Comic-Con through Norgesexpo AS. Previously, Erling was the Founder and CEO of Omega Media AS and worked as a Senior Attorney at Advokatfirmaet Berngaard AS. Erling has a Master's Degree in Law from the University of Oslo and has participated in various entrepreneurial and advertising programs.
