Firmansyah Islamianto has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. From June 2015 to March 2017, they worked as a Frontend Web Developer at easySoft Indonesia. In March 2017, they transitioned to PT Tiphone Mobile Indonesia Tbk, where they served as an IT Application Support until October 2018. Following this, from October 2018 to October 2019, Firmansyah worked as an IT Application Support Supervisor at the same company. In 2019, they joined Advotics - Supply Chain SaaS as an Engineering Support Technician and worked there until November 2020. Firmansyah then took on the role of Customer Support Team Lead from November 2020 to October 2021. Currently, they are employed as a Project Implementation Specialist at Advotics.
Firmansyah Islamianto obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Universitas Paramadina, where they studied from 2019 to 2023. Before attending the university, they attended Telkom Schools Malang from 2012 to 2015, where they focused on Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Firmansyah also received a certification in UI/UX Design from SanberCode in August 2020.
