Horace Manqoba Mpanza

Horace Manqoba Mpanza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and human resources, currently serving as the Regional Managing Director for ADvTECH International overseeing operations in Kenya, Botswana, and Ethiopia since November 2008. Mpanza has held multiple leadership roles within ADvTECH, including Managing Director for Niche brands, General Manager for Academies, and various positions in human resources. Previously, Mpanza worked as an Account Manager at Voice Recruitment. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Stellenbosch Business School, an Honours degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Johannesburg, as well as a BA Honours in Psychology from the University of South Africa.
