Charles Rowlan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Charles started their career at Trammell Crow Company as a Senior Accountant from August 2005 to August 2007. Following that, they joined Wells Fargo Advisors as a Financial Advisor from September 2007 to August 2009.
In 2009, Charles joined Morningstar Investment Management LLC and held multiple roles within the company. Charles started as a Client Solutions Consultant from September 2009 to March 2011. Charles then became a Regional Sales Director from April 2011 to November 2015. From May 2014 to November 2015, they specifically served as a Regional Sales Director. Lastly, they held the position of Vice President - Institutional Sales from December 2015 to September 2017.
Since October 2017, Charles Rowlan has been working as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Advyzon | yHLsoft, Inc. Advyzon is a comprehensive platform that supports RIAs in running and expanding their firms. It offers various customizable capabilities such as performance reporting, flexible billing, CRM, trading and rebalancing, client portal and mobile app, document storage, investment management, and seamless prospecting.
Charles Rowlan, CFP®, CIMA®, obtained a B.B.A. degree in Finance/Real Estate from Baylor University in 2005. Charles later obtained additional certifications including the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation from the CFP Board in July 2012, and the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation from the Investments & Wealth Institute in June 2016. Most recently, they completed the K1 Advanced Management Program at K1 Investment Management in October 2022.
