Shah Mahalthy has extensive experience in the food and hospitality industry, serving in various managerial roles. Currently, Shah is the Operations Manager at Adyar Ananda Bhavan, following a tenure as Zonal Manager at Ammis Biryani, where responsibilities included overseeing operations in the South Zone of Bengaluru. Shah previously excelled as a Multi Unit Manager at Mast Kalandar Restaurant, managing multiple branches to ensure profitability, and as a Business Unit Manager at Altazaj. Educational qualifications include a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Krishna Devaraya University and Visvesvaraya Technological University, completed between 1999 and 2002.
