Alexander Shalan

Alexander Shalan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in channel partnerships, program management, and operations within the hospitality and finance sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Channel Partnerships Manager at Adyen since April 2022, Alexander manages a portfolio of retail POS and hospitality PMS technology partners while playing a crucial role in launching Tap-to-Pay on iPhone for key partners. Previously, as a VP at Citi, Alexander executed the global strategy for the Points Transfer program and launched marketing campaigns for major partners. In earlier roles at American Express and Booking.com, Alexander demonstrated expertise in partner management, project management, and operational optimization. Alexander holds a B.S. in Hospitality Management and Italian from St. John's University.
