Emel Cem is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial control, analysis, and business partnership. Since March 2019, Emel Cem has held various positions at Adyen, including Financial Controller, Head of Accounting and Product Control, and Finance Business Partner for FP&A. Prior to joining Adyen, Emel Cem worked at Bayer Crop Science as a Senior Finance Analyst for FP&A from November 2016 to February 2019, and at GE Power from August 2011 to October 2016 in roles such as Senior Opex Analyst and Finance Analyst & Cash Leader. Emel Cem holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance from International Islamic University Malaysia (2008-2012) and is currently pursuing the ACCA qualification as a Chartered Accountant, expected to be completed by December 2022.
