Emma Carter

Emma Carter is an experienced finance and customer service professional with a background in accounts payable and financial accounting. Currently serving as an Accounts Payable Process Specialist at Adyen since July 2022, Emma has previously held multiple roles at VanMoof, including Financial Accountant and Customer Care Specialist. Additional experience includes working as a B2C Agent at Cygnific and a Central Poll Supervisor at Élections Canada. Emma's earlier career includes a Marketing Assistant position at PWC Technology Services, Inc., a Tour Guide at the Parliament of Canada, and a Team Leader at the Association des francophones de la région de York. Emma holds a Master of Arts in International Hospitality and Service Management from NHL Stenden and a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa, complemented by studies at the University of Brighton.
