Glad Chinda

Glad Chinda is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in frontend development, currently working at Adyen as a Software Engineer since October 2022, focusing on the Platform Experience Web integration components. Previously, from September 2017 to September 2022, Chinda served as a Lead Frontend Engineer at Flutterwave, where contributions included the development of a headless Checkout SDK and oversight of a small team tasked with enhancing user and developer experiences in a hosted checkout web application. Prior roles at Flutterwave also included Frontend Engineer and Fullstack Engineer, where significant work was done on transaction processing and merchant applications. In addition to engineering roles, Chinda has contributed numerous technical articles as a Guest Writer for LogRocket and Scotch.io, sharing insights on web development and software engineering. Chinda holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, earned in 2015.
