Henny Abdel Malek

Henny Abdel Malek is an accomplished tax and finance leader with extensive experience in global tax functions across various industries. Currently, Henny serves as Vice President and Global Head of Tax at Adyen, overseeing tax and payroll operations in nearly 100 countries and previously leading the tax function and finance team for the Latin America region. Prior to Adyen, Henny held the position of Global Head of Tax at Rituals, where responsibilities included managing in-house tax operations. Henny also served as Tax Lead for Uber in Northern and Western Europe and contributed to academia as a lecturer in International Tax Law at Erasmus School of Law. In addition to professional pursuits, Henny is the founder of Happy & Impactful with Henny, focusing on leadership development, coaching, and yoga. Henny holds a Master of Law in International Tax Law from Erasmus School of Law and has further education in Legal English from the University of Cambridge and Buddhism and Modern Psychology from Princeton University.
