Katarzyna Kocon

Katarzyna Kocon is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in driving strategic marketing initiatives across the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region. Currently serving as Head of Marketing CEE at Adyen since November 2020, Katarzyna has successfully implemented account-based marketing campaigns that resulted in substantial lead generation increases and enhanced brand awareness. Previously held roles include Marketing Manager at Kontomatik and Marketing Projects Coordinator at Savangard, where Katarzyna developed comprehensive marketing strategies and managed brand identity. Early career experience as a Marketing Specialist at Asseco Poland showcased mastery in marketing automation and new product launches. Katarzyna holds a Magister (Mgr) in International Relations from the University of Warsaw and a Licencjat (Lic.) in International Relations from the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.
