Marco Farina

Marco Farina is a seasoned professional in hardware reliability and testing services, currently serving as Hardware Reliability Lead at Adyen since December 2024. Previously, Marco held various leadership positions at EVBox, including Senior Manager of Validation and Basic Test Services, where responsibilities included leading a team of 15 and ensuring the implementation of engineering strategies. As Manager of Basic Test Services, Marco oversaw a team dedicated to providing comprehensive test services and maintaining advanced testing infrastructure for EVBox products. Marco's career began at IDS Ingegneria Dei Sistemi S.p.A., where roles included RAMS and V&V Manager and Team Coordinator. Marco holds a Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Università di Pisa, completed in 2007.
