Marthe Thoonsen

Marthe Thoonsen has extensive experience in human resources and education management. From May 2021 to December 2023, Marthe served at Adyen, holding various titles including Head of HR Business Partnering EMEA, HR Business Partner Lead for OPS & Staff, and HR Business Partner for Commercial & OPS. Previous roles include Vestigingsmanager at Check5 Studiebegeleiding BV from January 2011 to July 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing the operational quality and management of a location, and coordinating exam support across multiple sites in South Limburg. Marthe also worked as a recruiter at Homebell in 2016-2017, managing recruitment and training for the Dutch team. Marthe holds a Master's degree in Staats- en Bestuursrecht and a Bachelor's degree in Nederlands Recht from Maastricht University.
