Silvia Zwi

Silvia Zwi serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Adyen since March 2022, where responsibilities include shaping HR strategy to support business objectives and fostering an inclusive workplace culture in collaboration with LATAM senior leadership. Additionally, Silvia Zwi is the Statutory Director of Gruca - Grupo Campinas de Recursos Humanos, mentoring HR leaders and organizing events for the local HR community since January 2016. Previous roles include Human Resources Corporate Director at Eaton, HR Director in the industrial sector at CPFL Energia, and various HR leadership positions at BP Biofuels Brazil, Grupo Multi Holding, International Paper, and Renault Group. Silvia Zwi holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and several advanced degrees, including an MBA in Marketing from FGV and a Master's in Personnel Development from Alliance Manchester Business School.
