Shilpa Dulani

Shilpa Dulani has a diverse work experience starting in 1999. From 1999 to 2001, they worked as an Audit Manager at Khiwani and Co, leading audits for nationalized banks and handling tax, statutory, and internal audits for various companies. From 2001 to 2003, they served as an Assistant Manager at GENPACT, where they successfully transitioned sales and expense reporting processes for an aircraft leasing company to India. From 2006 to 2010, they worked as a Senior Audit Manager at Khiwani and Co. In 2007, they started their own firm, Dulani & Associates, where they provided consultation services as a Chartered Accountant and served as a financial consultant for Woodapple Interactive Private Limited. In 2014, they joined A&E Real Estate, first as the Director of Foreign Operations and Financial Reporting, where they set up a captive office in India and managed daily financial operations. Shilpa later became the Vice President of Finance and Accounting, responsible for financial management and reporting, and is currently serving as the Executive Vice President.

Shilpa Dulani's education history includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Honors from Delhi University, which they obtained from 1992 to 1995. Following this, they pursued a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1995 to 1999.
