James Raj has extensive work experience in product design, UX, and management roles. James currently works as the Head of Product Design & UX at Flight Centre Travel Group, where they oversee a team of UX researchers and designers to ensure seamless user experiences for the company's desktop and mobile booking product. Prior to this, James served as the Head of Product Design & UX at WhereTo, which was acquired by Flight Centre. James partnered with a Fortune 10 company to disrupt the business travel industry.

Before joining Flight Centre, James was an Advisor at Agency Enterprise Studio, where they scaled the product and design team to 20 members before transitioning to a full-time project with one of their clients. James was also the Community & Product Growth Manager at Twenty20 Inc., a crowd-sourced stock photography platform that raised significant funding.

James Raj earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in International Business & Economics from Pepperdine University in the years 2008 to 2012. James also studied International Economics at Fudan University from 2010 to 2011. In addition, they pursued a Psychology program at the University of Southern California from 2008 to 2009.
