Ash Foster serves as Assistant General Counsel for Advisors Excel and AE Wealth Management, LLC, where responsibilities include leading and managing the privacy program and ensuring compliance with various regulatory requirements. With a solid background in compliance and regulatory matters, Ash has supported organizational compliance needs by providing expertise in federal and state regulations. Prior experience includes roles as Regulatory Counsel and Privacy Director, as well as internships focused on compliance and intellectual property. Ash holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Washburn University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Law and Sociology from Kansas State University.
