Olivier Goethals is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in implementing and modernizing CRM and ERP applications across various industries. Currently serving as a project manager at AE since January 2020, Olivier is leading the implementation of a new CRM/ERP application, documenting processes and data models. Prior to this role, Olivier held positions such as program project manager at bpost, where efforts focused on enhancing digital interaction for HR services, and project manager at AXA Bank Belgium, overseeing the modernization of mortgage credit acquisition processes. Additional roles include project manager at Test Aankoop / Test Achats, specializing in a product selector project, and project manager at Securex, managing the rollout of a new Salesforce CRM application. Olivier also served as functional lead at ACV, developing a .NET integrated system for unemployment benefits. Olivier holds a Licentiate degree in Applied Economics from KU Leuven, obtained in 1998.
