Paul Blanchard

Paul Blanchard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, having held roles at Northwest Pipe Company and AE2S (Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc.) from 2005 to the present. Paul served as a Business Development Director at Continental Pipe Manufacturing Company and dedicated time as a full-time volunteer missionary with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from May 2017 to May 2018. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Brigham Young University and a professional certification in Development Economics and International Development from the University of Oklahoma. Paul is currently retired as of April 2019.
