Rahul Goyal

Rahul joined AEA in 2002 as an Associate and became a Partner in 2014. Rahul focuses on AEA’s investments in the Value-Added Industrials sector. He is currently on the board of Spectrum Plastics Group, Swanson Industries, and Verdesian Life Sciences, and previously sat on the board of TricorBraun. Rahul also served on the board of former AEA portfolio company Pro Mach.

Prior to joining AEA, Rahul was a strategy consultant with Bain & Co. in Chicago, advising both corporate and private equity clients on strategic issues including business unit strategy, investment evaluation, post merger integration and operations. During his time there, he advised clients across a wide variety of industries including general industrials, consumer products, retail, telecommunications and services sectors.
