Saskia Wilpshaar currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at AEB Amsterdam, a position held since June 2025. Saskia’s extensive experience at AEB includes roles such as Manager Performance & Risk, Teamleider Technologie, Teammanager Production, and Senior Process Engineer, along with expertise in combustion control, corrosion, refractory, flue gas cleaning, and process optimization. Earlier roles include Process Engineer at Corus and Junior Process Engineer at Proces Groningen. Saskia holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Hanze.
