Eric F. is a seasoned Director of SOX Compliance and Internal Controls with over 18 years of experience in internal audit and risk management, particularly within global manufacturing environments. Eric has successfully led cross-functional teams through significant organizational changes, including post-merger integrations, most recently after the merger of The Shyft Group and Aebi Schmidt Group. Eric’s past roles include Senior Manager of Internal Audit at WellCare Health Plans and Manager of Financial Controls at American Axle & Manufacturing. Eric currently pursues a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oakland University.
