Marcus Scherer

Marcus Scherer has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Starting as a Projektleiter at Siemens in 1996, they then worked as a Member of Scientific Staff at the University of Ulm before joining AMTC as a Project Manager in 2003. Marcus went on to serve as a Project Manager at odelo GmbH from 2006 to 2008 and then joined Bosch Rexroth as a Projectmanager and later became the Director of Engineering Systems and Hybrids. In 2013, they joined Aebi Schmidt Deutschland GmbH, where they held various positions, including VP Research & Development Division Operations Global and VP Product Management (ad interim). In 2019, they became the CEO of MB Pavement Marking (ad interim) at M-B before moving to Aebi Schmidt North America as the Senior VP of R&D, PM, IT, and Marketing. From 2020 to 2022, they served as the CEO of Meyer Products LLC. Currently, Marcus Scherer is the VP of Group Technology North America at Aebi Schmidt Group.

Marcus Scherer has a strong educational background in Electrical Engineering. Marcus obtained a PhD degree, known as Dr.-Ing., from Ulm University between 1999 and 2003. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the same institution, earning a Dipl-Ing degree in Electrical Engineering, spanning from 1994 to 1999.
