Wallace Ribeiro

Wallace Ribeiro is a seasoned professional in quality management and customer experience. They have held various leadership roles at Claro Brasil, including Coordinator of Customer Relations, and recently advanced to Superintendente de Qualidade at AeC, where they also served as Senior Quality Manager. Additionally, Wallace has experience at Contax S.A. as Coordinator of Attendance and Supervisor of Operations. Currently, they are pursuing a postgraduate degree in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at IT Valley School and working towards a Green Belt certification at Setec Consulting Group.
