Adam-Lucas Pettit

Adam-Lucas Pettit has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Adam-Lucas is currently serving as the Director of Partnerships (UK) at AECC Global since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of University Partnerships at Password | English Language Testing from January 2020 to July 2022. Adam-Lucas also held the position of Regional Manager at the University of Hertfordshire from October 2018 to January 2020.

Before joining the University of Hertfordshire, Adam-Lucas worked at City, University of London in various roles. Adam-Lucas served as an International Recruitment Officer from January 2016 to October 2018, fulfilling the duties of a regional manager for the Africa, Australasia, and Central Asia markets. Prior to that, they worked as an International Recruitment Officer at Loughborough University from February 2015 to January 2016, where they focused on writing and implementing strategies for student recruitment in the Middle East and East Asia.

Adam-Lucas's experience also includes a role as a Community Volunteering Officer at City, University of London from January 2014 to February 2015, where they marketed volunteering opportunities and charity internships to encourage student participation and generate good PR for the university. Adam-Lucas started their career as a Production Assistant/Development Researcher at Special Edition Films, where they arranged interviews and shooting for various BBC, Channel 4, and Channel 5 documentaries from December 2012 to December 2013.

Adam-Lucas's early experience includes a role as a Marketing and Student Recruitment officer at Loughborough University from July 2011 to July 2012, where they produced content for prospectuses, short videos, and accompanying materials. Adam-Lucas also served as the Action Chair at Loughborough Students Union from July 2010 to July 2011, with responsibilities including overseeing over 50 volunteer projects, managing a team, and handling a significant budget.

Adam-Lucas Pettit has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Media from Loughborough University, obtained between 2007 and 2010. Adam-Lucas also completed a Master's degree in Broadcast Journalism from City, University of London in 2012-2013. In 2017-2018, they attained a Level 6 Diploma in Strategic Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Adam-Lucas is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Keele University, starting in 2021 and expected to graduate in 2023. Adam-Lucas is also obtaining a Certificate in College Counseling from UCLA Extension during the same period.
