Neil Franklin

Neil Franklin is an EHS and Risk Management professional with 34 years of experience, beginning as an apprentice and evolving through various leadership roles. They have held key positions at companies such as Sasol South Africa and AECI Limited, where they led initiatives to achieve safety compliance and sustainability goals. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Sustainability and EHS Mining at AECI Mining, focusing on managing risks and fostering a culture of excellence. Neil holds a B-Tech in Safety Management from the University of South Africa and completed the Manage Managers Development Programme in Organizational Leadership at the Gordon Institute of Business Science.
