Cindy Sparks is an experienced procurement professional with a solid background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Procurement Manager at Associated Electric Cooperative Inc. since March 2016, Cindy has previously held roles such as Procurement Manager and Senior Procurement Agent within the same organization. Prior to this, Cindy accumulated significant experience at Nebraska Public Power District, where roles included Procurement Manager and Senior Engineering Specialist - Contract Manager.
