Natalie Pool is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology delivery and management. Currently serving as Supervisor of Technology Delivery at Associated Electric Cooperative Inc. since October 2022, Natalie leads the People Operations Technology team, has established an agile practice for the organization, and introduced a peer-recognition initiative called "The Bravo Board."
