Adie Buchanan

Adie Buchanan is the Vice President and Global Head of Talent Management at AECOM, effective August 2025, where the focus is on designing and delivering advanced talent strategies aligned with business objectives. Prior to AECOM, Adie held multiple senior director roles at ServiceNow from February 2022 to July 2025, leading initiatives for succession development and future leader training. Adie's earlier experience includes a long tenure at Accenture from May 2001 to February 2022, where various roles involved directing talent management strategies, overseeing learning and development for corporate functions, and spearheading technological talent initiatives. Adie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas A&M University.
