Aiden C W. is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as the Vice President, Structure - Regional Director at AECOM. They began their career as a Graduate Engineer and Assistant Engineer at AECOM from 1992 to 1998, later advancing to various roles, including Director and Quality Control Engineer. Aiden spent 18 years at Mott MacDonald, where they held the position of Director from 2005 to 2023.
