Alison Nemirow

Alison Nemirow is a Principal at AECOM, having progressed from Associate Principal to Associate Director of Sustainable Economics since June 2021. Prior experience includes a Senior Associate role at Strategic Economics from 2011 to 2020, where Alison advised agencies on smart growth and transit-oriented development, conducted research on financing sustainable infrastructure, and expanded affordable housing options. Previous positions include Community Innovation Fellow at the Center for Community Innovation at UC Berkeley, Housing Policy Research Intern at the Public Policy Institute of California, and various analytical roles in economic and urban research. Alison holds a Master of City Planning from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Chicago.
