Allen Davis

Allen Davis is an experienced professional with a robust background in disaster recovery and public assistance. Currently serving as the Disaster Recovery Growth and Strategy Lead for AECOM since January 2025, Allen previously held the position of Assistant Vice President and State Director of California at Tidal Basin Group from March 2023 to December 2024. Prior experience includes acting as the Director of Public Assistance and Recovery at Rising Phoenix Holdings Corporation from March 2019 to March 2023, and serving as a Public Assistance Group Supervisor at FEMA from April 2008 to March 2019, where expertise in Public Assistance closeout operations, audits, and appeals was developed. An early career internship with San Antonio Spurs Sports and Entertainment involved overseeing promotional activities and conducting research on fan engagement. Allen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Texas State University, earned in 2007.
