Bruno Sophia

Bruno Sophia is an experienced professional in program and project management, currently serving as the Director of Program Management Knowledge Management at AECOM since August 2019. In this role, Bruno oversees the development and implementation of knowledge management strategies for the Global Program Management business line. Previous positions include Knowledge Management Lead and Senior Consultant at AECOM, focusing on organizational learning and strategic advisory for real estate transformation programs. Bruno's earlier experience spans roles such as Real Estate Asset Manager at RIOgaleão, Real Estate Development Manager at OR and MDL Realty, and Real Estate Analyst at Banco Modal. Bruno holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Business Administration at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School.
