Charles Williams

Charles Williams is an accomplished engineering professional with a robust background in civil and architectural engineering. Currently serving as Associate Vice President and Senior Project Manager at AECOM, Charles leads a team in providing technical and commercial support for Amtrak’s Public-Private Partnership related to the redevelopment of the William H. Gray III 30th Street Station in Philadelphia. Previous experience includes roles as Capital Project Engineer at the Philadelphia Museum of Art and A/E Department Manager at AECOM, where Charles significantly expanded the Architecture & Engineering Department. Early career highlights feature positions such as Senior Structural Engineer at The Burns Group and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Drexel University. Charles holds both a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering & Architectural Engineering from Drexel University.
