Denis Lamoureux

Denis Lamoureux currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition America at AECOM, a role held since September 2013, after progressing from Manager of Talent Acquisition for the Canada Region. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor at SNC-Lavalin from January 2011 to September 2013, where management of the full life cycle recruitment for high voltage transmission projects was a key responsibility. Denis also held positions at HRG Recruiting as Managing Director and at Adecco Employment Services as Group Manager and Branch Manager, focusing on recruitment solutions in various sectors. Additionally, significant contributions were made at Elections Canada from 1988 to 2004 as Manager of Special Projects, where the development of a national voter information database and a call center for elections support were notable accomplishments. Denis Lamoureux holds an education from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, completed between 1981 and 1984.
