Denise Anderson

Denise Anderson is a seasoned project management professional currently serving as the Director of Operations at AECOM, where they lead PM training across all business lines in the West Region. Since 2017, they have provided project management support for complex transportation and aviation projects while also participating in a global team to enhance project management training programs. Previously, Denise held various roles at AECOM, including Director of Operations and Mountain District Project Delivery Lead, overseeing multiple business units and project performances. Denise began their career in project management at Cyntergy Corporation and further honed their skills as a Subcontracts Manager at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems. They hold a BS in Accountancy and a BS in Small Business Management from Northern Arizona University.
