Elizabeth Wiecha

Elizabeth Wiecha, PE, currently serves as the Northern California Transit Rail Operations Leader at AECOM, a position held since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Vice President and Director of PM/CM for Northern California at Jacobs, and Director of Operations at The Allen Group. Elizabeth also held significant positions at T Y Lin International as Northern California District Director, and at HNTB as Associate Vice President. Additionally, leadership roles included Chief Engineer at Transbay Joint Powers Authority, Director of the Capital Program at SamTrans, and Supervising Transportation Engineer at Caltrans. Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University between 1979 and 1983.
