Ella Dickinson

Ella Dickinson is the SME Strategy Manager for AECOM Europe and India, where they lead the development and implementation of strategies that deliver measurable social and economic impact on major infrastructure projects. With experience as a Stakeholder Engagement and Social Value Consultant, they have contributed to significant projects like the Northumberland Line and East West Rail. Ella is also a Trustee and Board Member for Reach Charity, focusing on corporate sponsorship and enhancing engagement for young adults with upper limb differences. They have held leadership roles in various capacities, including as President of Alcuin College at the University of York, where they initiated impactful campaigns addressing social inequalities. Ella holds a degree in Environmental Science from the University of York.
