Emma Hazell

Emma Hazell is an experienced environmental planner currently working at AECOM since December 2021, following a role as a graduate environmental planner. Prior to AECOM, Emma served as a junior land consultant at WSP from January 2021 to November 2021, focusing on land referencing, data management, and mapping for significant infrastructure projects like HS2 Phase 1 and DCO schemes. Emma's early experience includes a summer placement at Fisher German LLP in July 2017, where skills in sustainability reporting and assessments for renewable energy projects were developed. Emma holds an MSc in Sustainable Urbanism from UCL and a BSc in Geography from the University of Leicester, complemented by a year abroad at Utrecht University studying Geological and Earth Sciences.
