Fida Choudhury

Fida Choudhury is a chartered civil engineer with over 20 years of experience, specializing in project and program leadership within the UK water industry. Currently a Project Director at AECOM, Fida manages significant water infrastructure projects and oversees commercial management strategies. Previously, Fida served as Engineering Resource Manager at Thames Water and held various roles at AECOM where responsibilities included asset management and the leadership of a sizeable engineering team. Fida's early career included impactful work with Halcrow and the Asian Development Bank, contributing to major projects like the US$170M Flood Rehabilitation Project in Bangladesh. Fida holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a Master's in Water Engineering from Cardiff University.
