Eduardo Cademartori

Eduardo Cademartori has extensive work experience in real estate development. Eduardo is currently working at Atlantic Residential as the Senior Director of Development. Prior to this, they held roles such as Director of Development and Development Manager at the same company.

Before joining Atlantic Residential, Eduardo worked at Integra Investments as a Development Manager, where they oversaw multiple phases of projects and managed development budgets and schedules. Eduardo also built relationships with owners, partners, and investors.

Eduardo Cademartori holds a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, which they obtained from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science in Architecture from Politecnico di Milano from 2008 to 2011, specializing in Architectural Engineering. Eduardo also pursued a Master of Science in Architecture with a focus on Sustainable Architecture at Politecnico di Torino from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, Eduardo was a Visiting Scholar at Eindhoven University of Technology in 2010, studying Energy Simulation & Computational Modeling of Buildings. Eduardo obtained a Certificate in Multidisciplinarity from Alta Scuola Politecnica in 2009-2010. Eduardo's undergraduate degree is in Architecture and Urban Design from Universidade de Brasília, which they earned from 2004 to 2008. Eduardo holds certifications as an Architect from The American Institute of Architects (AIA) since 2019 and the Conselho de Arquitetura e Urbanismo do Brasil - CAU/BR since 2011. In 2017, they also obtained certification as an ASC (ARGUS Software Certified) from ARGUS Software Solutions.
