Gema Martin

Gema Martin is a Senior PM and Design Manager with over 22 years of experience in MEP design and coordination across various sectors, primarily railways, hospitals, and hotels. Currently at AECOM, Gema leads the strategy to incorporate ESG criteria in transportation projects while managing large MEP projects and developing integrated designs within a BIM framework. Gema’s previous roles include positions at Jacobs, Ploder Uicesa, Dragados, and Elecnor, where they focused on value engineering, project management, and client negotiations. Gema holds a degree in industrial engineering from Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, obtained in 2002.
