Jem S Gilbert

Jem S Gilbert is an experienced director with a career spanning several decades in the civil engineering and transportation sectors. Currently serving as Project Manager at AECOM, Jem leads a £500m Highways maintenance contract joint venture with FMConway for Transport for London. Prior to this role, Jem worked as Project Director for Major Projects in New Zealand, managing significant highways and bridges schemes. At Faber Maunsell, Jem served as Director overseeing a 50+ bridges team and later as Business Unit Director of a 120-member team working on various transportation projects. As Divisional Director at Bullen Consultants Limited, Jem managed a team focused on transportation-related projects. Jem holds a BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering from City St George's, University of London.
